Establishment Officer - Defence Corporate

The primary role of this position is to perform complex establishment, position management and transactional work within an integrated workforce.

  • Liaising extensively with stakeholders
  • Ensuring data quality

This is a critical role in supporting the DFS-A team by performing key responsibilities including:

  1. Assisting in the resolution of Defence corporate HR information system position anomalies
  2. Processing and transacting complex Establishment Variation Proposals (EVP) using Defence corporate HR information systems
  3. Interrogating Defence corporate HR information systems to identify and resolve any data errors or inconsistencies
  4. Compiling establishment data reports
  5. Liaising with key stakeholders on establishment and position management activities

You will be accountable for maintaining compliance with legislative frameworks and Defence policies. You will guide, mentor, and train less experienced employees, actively participating in team meetings and sharing expertise with others.
