Key Responsibilities

  • Manage multiple deadlines concurrently and seek opportunities to prepare materials ahead of time.
  • Contribute to external publications such as annual reports and strategic plans.
  • Prepare written materials such as submissions, correspondence, and briefing notes.
  • Conduct periodic reviews of corporate governance policies and coordinate feedback.
  • Maintain strong partnerships with stakeholders to deliver corporate governance activities.

Technical Skills and Qualifications

  • Rapidly develop detailed knowledge of corporate governance processes and practices.
  • Work on multiple projects simultaneously and adjust priorities quickly.
  • Demonstrated highly developed oral and written communication skills.
  • Establish and maintain cooperative working relationships with team members and stakeholders.
