About The Role
  • Provide high-level governance and secretariat support to senior program and project-level forums
  • Prepare and deliver high-quality meeting packs, including agendas, briefing notes, papers, minutes, actions, memoranda, submissions, and presentations
  • Coordinate governance reporting requirements across the project, collating and distributing timely reports, briefings, presentations, and information papers with accuracy and integrity
  • Maintain governance registers, including minutes, actions, and decisions, ensuring transparency and accountability
  • Support the development, review, and improvement of governance frameworks, and contribute to the establishment of new governance bodies
  • Monitor compliance with governance processes, escalating risks or issues where required
  • Work collaboratively with senior managers, project teams, and external stakeholders to enable effective decision-making and streamline information flows
