Job Opportunity: Civil Project Supervisor

We are seeking a skilled and experienced professional to fill the role of Civil Project Supervisor.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in leading crews across multiple sites, overseeing daily operations and tasks, and reporting directly to site management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate heavy machinery safely and efficiently
  • Lead and manage crews on various civil projects, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results
  • Collaborate with site management, clients, and tradespeople to ensure seamless project execution
  • Oversee diverse range of civil works including earthworks, drainage, pavements, concrete, traffic/street signalling, and landscaping

Required Qualifications:

  • Relevant operating ticket or certification
  • Certification III in Civil Construction
  • Previous experience as a Leading Hand or in a similar supervisory role

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working on DTMR or Local Council projects in Australia
