Optical Dispenser/Receptionist Job Description

We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented individual to fill the role of Optical Dispenser/Receptionist at our optometry practice. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about people, has great problem-solving skills, and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate will have experience within the optical industry, preferably with 1 year of experience as an Optical Dispenser. Additionally, they should possess excellent customer service skills, having at least 2 years of experience in a similar role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To assist Optometrists in providing high-quality patient care
  • To manage the front desk, handling phone calls, emails, and patient inquiries
  • To maintain accurate records and update patient information
  • To work collaboratively with the team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
