About the Role

A W Edwards is seeking an experienced Safety Manager to join their Data Centre team in Lane Cove. The successful candidate will work alongside a highly experienced Safety Manager who enjoys mentoring and developing those around him.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide WHS guidance and support to the Data Centre team
  • Develop and implement WHS policies and procedures
  • Conduct regular site inspections and audits
  • Investigate incidents and near misses
  • Collaborate with the Safety Manager to develop and implement safety initiatives

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience as a WHS Coordinator or Safety Manager in a construction environment
  • Proven track record of improving WHS performance and reducing incidents
  • Cert IV or above in Safety
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
