Senior Trade Waste Relationship Manager Job

This key position involves building strategic partnerships with complex business customers, providing expert guidance and support to deliver mutual benefits.

You will play a crucial role in identifying opportunities for innovative products and services that drive better outcomes across our network.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary relationship lead for high-value customers, ensuring strong partnerships and long-term success.
  • Negotiate on behalf of the company in critical discussions with professionalism and strategic insight.
  • Maintain customer compliance with contractual obligations, ensuring accountability and risk management.
  • Assess, implement, and monitor trade waste discharge approvals, tracking customer compliance using business tools.
  • Investigate incidents thoroughly, reporting findings and resolving issues with customers to reduce risks to the sewer network.

About You: The successful candidate will possess technical expertise in trade waste and backflow prevention, leveraging strong communication skills to engage stakeholders and foster strategic partnerships.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in a relevant role with a proven track record of achieving objectives.
  • Experience in managing wastewater pre-treatment systems or a similar industry.
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver programs and services to business customers.
  • Strong understanding of commercial and industrial impacts on water authority operations.
  • Technical knowledge of program delivery mechanisms tailored to diverse business customer needs.
  • Proven ability to work safely in field environments.
