This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute your skills and experience in commercial property administration. We are seeking an organised and proactive professional to join our team as a Commercial Property Support Officer.
About the Role:- Administrative Support: You will provide comprehensive administrative support across sales and leasing campaigns, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in proposal preparation, contracts, and agreements.
- Campaign Management: You will be responsible for managing CRM systems, updating databases, and running reports to drive results-driven decision making.
- Marketing Materials: You will coordinate photography, signage, floorplans, and property marketing materials to showcase properties in the best possible light.
- Advertising and Promotion: You will book and manage online and print advertising across major property platforms to reach a wider audience.
- Experience: 1-2 years' experience in real estate administration, with commercial experience advantageous.
- Qualifications: You must hold, or be willing to obtain, a QLD Real Estate Registration Certificate.
- Skills: Highly proficient in CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and marketing platforms.
- Personality: Exceptionally organised, detail-oriented, and able to work independently. Professional, articulate, and collaborative – a true team player.
