Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Commercial Property Specialist to manage a diverse portfolio of commercial properties. Key responsibilities include developing and maintaining strong landlord and tenant relationships, overseeing lease administration, managing arrears and outgoings, and conducting inspections.

Ideal Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 5 years in commercial property management with a strong understanding of retail/commercial leases and outgoings.
  • Skilled in lease administration and financial reporting with excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Proficient in property management software (Released/Cirrus8) and MS Office.
  • A current Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence.
