About This Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Architect to drive business transformation through strategic planning and solution design.

This exciting opportunity is for a seasoned professional to join our team in Sydney or Melbourne, working with clients to develop comprehensive plans that achieve their goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough assessments of client operating models to identify areas for improvement and develop strategic plans to enhance operational performance.
  • Design capability models to support business improvements and address client requirements, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
  • Collaborate with client stakeholders to understand guiding principles and decision drivers for digital solution selections, leveraging AI-driven insights to inform strategic decisions.
  • Elicit and assess functional requirements and processes, preparing detailed fit/gap assessments to ensure alignment with client goals.
  • Design solution visions and executable roadmaps to address client business requirements, incorporating emerging technologies and architectural patterns to differentiate the solution.
  • Evaluate and recommend business, technology, and infrastructure architecture, staying up-to-date with new and evolving solutions and technologies through research and case studies.
  • Oversee the delivery of enterprise architecture/roadmap as the Engagement Lead, promoting an AI-driven mindset and helping teams adopt new technologies and workflows.
  • Leverage AI to distill complex data into actionable insights and maintain high-quality datasets, enhancing the enterprise architecture framework and toolsets to support project delivery.
  • Provide specialist product knowledge and domain expertise during sales opportunities, contributing to RFP/RFI responses with architectural insights and technical differentiators.
  • Participate in client presentations to explain architectural vision and transformation strategy, selecting deployment models (cloud, on-premises, hybrid) and ensuring integration with existing systems.
  • Use AI to enhance architecture diagrams and patterns, providing input on effort estimation, delivery models, and risk mitigation strategies.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align presales architecture with delivery capabilities, introducing emerging technologies and architectural patterns that differentiate the solution.
  • Design end-to-end AI pipelines, including data ingestion, model training, deployment, and monitoring, understanding ML frameworks and statistical modeling.
  • Ensure AI systems align with policies and evolving regulations, evaluating and integrating AI tools with enterprise data platforms and analytics systems.
  • Use generative AI to produce executive summaries and dashboards, identifying risks like model bias and ensuring responsible AI practices.
