About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Group Allotments Manager to join our team in Melbourne. As a key member of our sales and revenue team, you will be responsible for managing our Group Allotments portfolio and driving sales growth through strategic planning and execution.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with global sales teams to identify and capitalize on Scheduled Groups opportunities.
  • Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to meet market and business needs.
  • Manage and update Group Allocation marketing collateral to ensure accuracy and effectiveness.
  • Conduct market intelligence to stay ahead of the competition.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and communication to convert quotes to sales.
  • Assist Sales Managers in hosting webinars to promote and sell Group Allocations.
  • Prospect new Group Allocation opportunities through targeted outreach.
  • Prepare accurate invoices and monitor payments.
  • Ensure follow-up actions and deadlines are met.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with agents and suppliers.
  • Adhere to customer service standards and complete administrative tasks.
  • Record revenue-generating activities in Salesforce and report sales activities weekly and monthly.
About You

We are looking for a seasoned sales professional with a proven track record of success. The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Proven experience in a sales-driven role with a successful track record.
  • Understanding of strategy and implementation of sales and marketing plans.
  • Adaptable communication and work style to meet changing stakeholder needs.
  • Commitment to continuous process improvement through feedback and analysis.
  • Strong administrative, analytical, and organizational skills.
  • A strong customer service ethic and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work effectively in teams and independently, communicating at all organizational levels.
  • Experience in constructing, booking, and executing complex travel itineraries.
  • Previous experience in the Travel and Tourism industry.
