Group Allotments Portfolio Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Group Allotments Manager to join our team in Melbourne. As a key member of our sales and revenue team, you will be responsible for managing our Group Allotments portfolio and driving sales growth through strategic planning and execution.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with global sales teams to identify and capitalize on Scheduled Groups opportunities.
- Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to meet market and business needs.
- Manage and update Group Allocation marketing collateral to ensure accuracy and effectiveness.
- Conduct market intelligence to stay ahead of the competition.
- Provide exceptional customer service and communication to convert quotes to sales.
- Assist Sales Managers in hosting webinars to promote and sell Group Allocations.
- Prospect new Group Allocation opportunities through targeted outreach.
- Prepare accurate invoices and monitor payments.
- Ensure follow-up actions and deadlines are met.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with agents and suppliers.
- Adhere to customer service standards and complete administrative tasks.
- Record revenue-generating activities in Salesforce and report sales activities weekly and monthly.

- Proven experience in a sales-driven role with a successful track record.
- Understanding of strategy and implementation of sales and marketing plans.
- Adaptable communication and work style to meet changing stakeholder needs.
- Commitment to continuous process improvement through feedback and analysis.
- Strong administrative, analytical, and organizational skills.
- A strong customer service ethic and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in teams and independently, communicating at all organizational levels.
- Experience in constructing, booking, and executing complex travel itineraries.
- Previous experience in the Travel and Tourism industry.
