About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced sales professional to join our team as a Group Allotment/Sales Manager. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and managing our Group Allotment portfolio in Victoria and Tasmania.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement sales plans to drive growth and revenue in the designated territory.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers and identify new business opportunities.
  • Provide training and support to agents to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to sell Group Allocations effectively.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of sales activities and provide regular reports to the General Manager of Sales and Revenue.
  • Work closely with the global sales teams to identify and book Scheduled Groups opportunities.
  • Ensure that our Group Allocation offering is competitive and aligned with market needs.
About You

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced sales professional who has a proven track record of delivering results. The ideal candidate will have:

  • Strong sales and marketing skills with a focus on driving growth and revenue.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and contribute to the achievement of sales targets.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify opportunities and develop solutions.
  • Previous experience in the travel and tourism industry with a focus on sales and marketing.
