Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with global sales teams to identify and book Scheduled Groups opportunities.
- Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to meet market and business needs.
- Manage and update Group Allocation marketing collateral to accurately represent our offerings.
- Conduct market intelligence to stay competitive and identify new business opportunities.
- Provide exceptional customer service and respond to enquiries in a timely and accurate manner.
- Assist Sales Managers in hosting webinars and promoting Group Allocations to agents.
- Prospect new business opportunities through clubs, retirement villages, and other groups.
- Prepare accurate invoices and monitor payments.
- Ensure follow-up actions and deadlines are met.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with agents and suppliers.
- Adhere to departmental guidelines related to customer service standards.
- Complete all associated administrative tasks.
