As part of our rapidly growing team, you'll play a critical role in shaping the user experience and driving customer engagement across the entire lifecycle.

The Role

You'll be responsible for designing and executing lifecycle campaigns that drive activation, retention, and feature adoption through email, in-app messaging, and push notifications.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and execute lifecycle campaigns that deliver high-impact results
  • Owning customer communications for product updates, webinars, and roadshow initiatives
  • Developing onboarding and nurture journeys that guide users to value and encourage product-led self-discovery
  • Cross-functional collaboration with Product, Growth, and Customer teams to align lifecycle touchpoints with broader go-to-market initiatives
  • Segmenting users and personalizing outreach based on behavioral, usage, and demographic data
  • Running A/B tests and optimizing campaigns to improve key lifecycle metrics
  • Becoming proficient in reporting and analytics to track lifecycle performance and uncover opportunities for deeper impact
What We're Looking For:
  • A deep understanding of customer behavior and a knack for crafting experiences that resonate throughout the journey
  • An agile mindset with the ability to learn new tools and technologies quickly
  • Proven experience running customer communications via email platforms like Customer.io or Braze
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in lifecycle, digital, or PLG marketing
  • The ability to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines while delivering polished results
