CAD Service Operations Lead

Join a dynamic team and take on the role of CAD Service Manager.
About the Role- This is a key position within our IT department, accountable for the reliability and operability of our Computer-Aided Dispatch (CAD) system.
The successful candidate will have strong experience in IT service management, with extensive knowledge of ITIL practices and procedures. They will also possess excellent leadership skills, with the ability to manage a high-performing team in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the operational sustainment of the CAD Service, ensuring that technical services operate effectively and meet performance requirements.
- Coordinate with vendors, internal teams and stakeholders to resolve incidents and manage changes related to the CAD Service.
- Work closely with infrastructure and network teams to ensure a holistic lifecycle program and align support services with CAD Service needs.
- Participate in disaster recovery planning and testing to ensure CAD service continuity and resilience.
- Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to foster trust and ensure alignment with organisational priorities.
