About Our Service

We provide critical links between the community and state emergency services agencies. We offer 24-hour emergency call-taking and dispatch services for Police, Fire, Ambulance, and VICSES.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead operational sustainability of CAD Service across the organisation
  • Provide technical leadership and input into CAD roadmaps
  • Monitor, measure, and manage service performance
  • Collaborate with teams to ensure CAD Service meets business requirements

Required Skills:

  • ITIL v3 certification
  • Extensive knowledge in contract and vendor management, and experience in successful software delivery
  • Experience leading high-performing team in complex environments
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with stakeholders
