Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Service Delivery Manager to lead the operational sustainment of our Critical Alert Dispatch (CAD) Service. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that technical services, including servers, databases, and integrations, operate effectively and in line with performance and resilience requirements.

The CAD Service plays a critical role in supporting emergency services agencies across Victoria, and we require an exceptional leader who can provide technical leadership and input into the development of strategic roadmaps.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of ITIL service management practices and extensive experience in managing mission-critical services. They will also possess excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders at all levels.
