About the Role

The Manager, CAD is a key function within the Emergency Communications Information Systems team.

It is accountable for the reliability and operability of the organisation's CAD Service.

This role reports into the Senior Manager, Systems and Service Management.

Responsibilities include leading the operational sustainment of the CAD Service, coordinating with vendors and internal support teams, working closely with Infrastructure and Network teams, participating in disaster recovery planning and testing, and building strong relationships with stakeholders.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have a strong understanding of ITIL service management practices, extensive experience in an IT-based role, including IT team management, with demonstrated experience in applying service management principles across the service lifecycle.

  • An ITIL v3 certification
  • End-to-end management of mission-critical services and application management.
  • Contract and vendor management expertise, and experience in delivering software solutions.
  • Leading a high-performing team in a complex environment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills for working with various stakeholders.
