Supply Chain Leadership Role

This leadership position oversees the strategic planning and scheduling of raw materials for manufacturing facilities, ensuring key performance indicators are met. Effective inventory management, task delegation, and problem-solving skills are essential to achieve this goal.

The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of supply chain operations, with a proven track record in achieving service level targets, managing workloads, and escalating problems when necessary.

A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field is required, along with at least 5 years of experience in the field. ERP/MRP expertise is also highly valued.

Responsibilities
  • Plan and schedule raw materials to meet and exceed KPI targets.
  • Delegate tasks effectively to team members and ensure their proper execution.
  • Resolve shortages through efficient scheduling and maintain an optimal level of inventory.
  • Ensure timely customer response by managing realistic daily plans, considering capacity and raw material availability.
  • Work within quality, safety, and industrial hygiene standards.
  • Identify opportunities for improvement and contribute to implementing strategies aligned with business needs.
  • Escalate problems, complaints, and prioritization issues as necessary.
  • Monitor workload and calendars to maintain department balance.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in supply chain operations.
  • ERP/MRP expertise.
