Warehouse Inventory Coordinator Opportunity

Located in Winston Hills, this role offers an excellent opportunity for an experienced Warehouse Coordinator to join our team.

The Role:
  • Stock control and management of goods inwards and outwards
  • Raising work orders for repairs and preventive maintenance
  • Managing returned and incorrect goods orders to suppliers
  • Investigating stock discrepancies
  • Managing stock and spare parts ordering
  • Liaising with freight and delivery companies
  • Conducting cyclic and end of year stocktake
  • Assisting with picking and packing
  • Raising purchase orders
  • Working with internal teams to provide work in progress status and general support
The Candidate:
  • Previous experience in a similar role with a focus on stock control and inventory management
  • Excellent attention to detail and follow-up skills
  • Strong communication skills and a people-oriented approach
  • A great work ethic and a willingness to learn and grow
  • A current forklift license and ability to assist with order packing
