**The Role**

Reporting directly to the Business Manager, you will be the key representative responsible for the coordination of all incoming and outgoing goods via the warehouse to our clients.

This is a full-time role, Monday - Friday 6am - 2:30pm (flexibility to work outside of these hours on occasions would be an exception of the role).

**Responsibilities include**:

- Leading and supervising warehouse employees
- Completing daily warehousing activities including receiving goods from suppliers, ensuring they are undamaged and match the orders placed.
- Picking, packing, receiving, dispatch, stock control and logistics coordination.
- Maintain accurate inventory control.
- Liaise with company clientele.
- Manage accurate records of deliveries.
- High - Reach forklift operation.
- Maintain a clean warehouse.
- Accurate cycle counting.
- Booking Couriers.
- Liaising with the Business Manager and other operations personnel.
- Your input will be a key part in ensuring project deliverables are achieved, contributing to effective company performance.

**About you**:

- Must be an Australian / New Zealand resident or citizen. Sponsorship is not offered for this role. (No temporary visas, unfortunately).
- Hold an Australian class c driver's licence.
- Hold a Forklift license.
- Have the ability to confidently manage and optimize warehousing and logistics activities and processes.
- Be comfortable with being on the go throughout the day and physically capable of picking and packing up to 25kgs as and when.
- Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office and contemporary freight/accounting software
- Practical, self-motivated and approachable, with exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Outstanding relationship building, networking and negotiation skills with a passion for influencing business improvement and best practice initiatives.
- Can think ‘outside of the box’ to improve deliverables, margin and quality
- Highly capable in preparing, assessing and managing an array of documentation.
- Strong communication skills.
