Customer Enablement Specialist

We are seeking an ambitious and driven Customer Enablement Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our customer success organization, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our customers get the most value from our marketing investment analytics platform.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Help customers understand our platform from onboarding and beyond
  • Evolving the platform adoption process through one-to-one engagement via training, materials and automation
  • Working hand-in-glove with Account Managers to provide value to customers
  • Developing and delivering sector and market analysis and thought leadership using the power of GrowthOS data and insight
  • Collaborating with the Data Science team to solve complex customer problems
  • Conducting and leading platform learning and support, whilst improving these processes through automation
  • Supporting product development and innovation
