**Career Opportunity in Victoria**:

We are seeking a Territory Manager to join our team in Regional Victoria.

**About the Role**:

This role is responsible for supporting our State Manager and Sales Team with generating new business revenue and managing existing distributor relationships.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop long term, sustainable trading relationships with identified key end user accounts in greater Victoria

- Develop a sales contact plan direct marketing, and attending industry events to build relationships with key prospects including and not limited to Food distributors, Key end users and strategic retail customers

- Representing and demonstrating Brands/Products at Tradeshows events

- Work closely with internal departments to identify appropriate market strategies and messaging for specific business sectors

- Understand potential customers' needs and work with decision makers to develop tailored menu solutions to generate sales

- Forecast and track account metrics for assigned territory

- Communicate progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders

- Report on assigned territory accounts and advise on variances from target

**Requirements**:

- Strong experience dealing with multiple levels of End User businesses

- Ability to work autonomously

- Experience in Sales and new business development background in FMCG and or Foodservice

- High level of computer literacy including Microsoft Office suite

- Excellent analytical, problem solving and organisational skills

- Strong presentation and negotiation skills
