The Role
  • Draft, review, and negotiate complex commercial agreements, building your skills in contract management.
  • Advise on corporate, property, employment, and regulatory matters, with opportunities to broaden your legal expertise.
  • Provide input into project opportunities and client negotiations, contributing to business growth.
  • Assist with dispute resolution, compliance, investigations, and special projects, leveraging your analytical skills.
  • Support governance activities, gaining exposure to board-level work and strategic decision-making.
  • Research legal issues and present practical solutions to stakeholders, fostering effective communication.
What We're Looking For
  • A Bachelor of Laws (or JD) and eligibility to practice in an Australian State or Territory, ensuring strong foundation in legal principles.
  • 1–3 years PAE (private practice or in-house), demonstrating ability to adapt to changing environments.
  • A grounding in commercial law with interest in maintaining broad but focused practice, enabling versatility in role.
  • Strong drafting, research, and analytical skills, with ability to translate legal concepts into actionable advice.
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail, driving successful outcomes.
