The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and safety of our pools and spas, as well as providing exceptional service to our members.


Key Responsibilities:



  • Ensure the cleanliness and maintenance of pool surrounds, change rooms, and steam and sauna areas.
  • Monitor and record pool chemical levels.
  • Provide exceptional service to our members and respond to any concerns or issues.

Requirements:



  • Current Senior First Aid certification.
  • Demonstrated experience in a customer-focused environment.
  • RLSSA Pool Lifeguard Award and previous experience working at an aquatic facility an advantage.
  • Pool Operations Certificate desirable.

Flexible hours and days are required for this role and proof of right to work in Australia documentation will be required to be presented at the first interview. Working with Children Clearance is also required to work at Next Gen.
