**Job Description:**

We are seeking a compassionate Caregiver to join our team of Support Workers who deliver services in various settings, including community and at clients' homes. As a Caregiver, you will play a vital role in supporting clients to learn new skills, find new hobbies, and achieve their goals.

You will provide social support, care, lifting, mobility, grooming, and other personal care tasks. Additionally, you will transport clients to access community and social activities and/or medical and specialist appointments.

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Certificate III or higher in Health Service Assistance/Individual Support/Aged Care/Community or an equivalent qualification
  • Previous employment experience in the aged care or community services industry
  • Basic computer skills to operate tablet devices alongside accurate documentation skills
  • The ability to work independently and report as required to your supervisor
  • Empathy, patience, and understanding, a great sense of humour, and a positive approach to aging
