- Work collaboratively with nurses, allied health, and other staff to deliver person-centred care.
- Maintain accurate documentation using electronic systems.
- Adhere to infection control, health, and safety policies.
- Contribute to a positive, respectful, and inclusive team culture.
- Certificate III in Individual Support (Aged Care) or Certificate IV Ageing Support.
- Current CPR Certificate.
- Current driver's licence.
- Experience working in residential aged care or similar environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to follow care plans and document accurately.
- Full Australian working rights.
