Personal Care Associate

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Personal Care Associate to join our team. As a PCA, you will play a vital role in helping residents maintain their independence and enhancing their quality of life every day.

You will work closely with our clinical, lifestyle, and hospitality teams to deliver exceptional care in a timely and empathetic manner. This includes assisting residents with daily living tasks, providing emotional support, and fostering positive relationships with colleagues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work across a rotating roster, including weekends
