Compliance Team Lead

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead a team of compliance staff in undertaking inspections and investigations across various areas of responsibility.

The role requires managing and coordinating team activities, providing guidance and mentoring, and managing day-to-day work performance to support operational effectiveness and optimise regulatory outcomes.

The Compliance Team Lead will undertake timely, targeted and risk-based inspections, complaints, investigations, desktop reviews and other activities to identify and address non-compliance.

The successful applicant will contribute to projects and initiatives associated with the development, implementation and continual improvement of a strategic, risk-based approach to compliance programs.

Maintaining constructive relationships with key stakeholders, including co-regulators and industry stakeholders, is also a key requirement of the role.

The organisation administers the regulatory framework for the liquor, gaming, wagering, casino and registered clubs sectors in the region.
