About this Role

This is a key position within our Australian sales team, focusing on driving and supporting customer strategies in the energy and water sectors. We are seeking a talented individual to own the account relationship, develop deep understanding of customers' business and strategic vision, and create true partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Owning the relationship between Gentrack and customers, setting strategy to support their business and vision
  • Leading teams to develop and implement strategies
  • Account reporting, profitability, and governance
  • Managing product presentations, value propositions, and bids
  • Developing account strategies, forecasts, and product roadmap insights
  • Establishing relationships with key partners and alliances
  • Indirect leadership of bid teams and sales teams
Requirements

We are looking for someone with a genuine interest in understanding customers' businesses and advocating for them. You should be able to translate solutions into value propositions to support customers' goals and objectives. Strong communication and leadership skills are essential. Additionally, you should have at least 3 years of experience in the utility industry or enterprise software solutions within utilities.
