Lead Educator Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Lead Educator to join our Community Kids Lavington Early Education Centre. As a passionate and enthusiastic professional, you will be responsible for creating an exceptional learning environment for our children.

Our centre offers a range of activities and amenities, including delightful indoor and outdoor play areas, rooms equipped with the latest technology and learning resources, and a supportive team environment. Our centre caters for up to 69 children with operating hours from 6:45am to 6:00pm.

Requirements
  • Hold an ACECQA approved Certificate 3 or Diploma Qualification in Children's Services
  • Have an understanding of both the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS)
  • Proven experience as an educator within an early childhood service, working with children aged 0-5 years
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • A current Working with Children Check
  • First Aid certificate
