Industrial Electrician Job Description

Project Overview:

We are seeking experienced Industrial Electricians to join our client's project in Lake Munmorah NSW. This is a 1-month project with 5 days a week, DIDO and a casual position with potential long-term work and plenty of overtime.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Commissioning, testing and maintaining HV primary plant including power transformers & HV Cables
  • Basic secondary system testing and fault finding
  • Assisting in preparation of commissioning/testing documentation, test plans and creating detailed technical reports on completion of works

Requirements:

  • Australian Electrical Licence
  • Electrical Trade Certificate
  • LVR / CPR Certification
  • Construction White Card
  • Minimum of 3 years as a Qualified Electrician / Commissioning Technician
  • Certification in Commissioning / Instrumentation (highly desirable)
  • Full Australian Working Rights
  • Ability to pass full pre-employment medical / drug and alcohol
