High Voltage Electrical Installation Specialist

About the Position
We are currently recruiting a qualified Electrician to join our Transmission team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for construction and maintenance of Zone Substations, inspecting, testing and reporting the nature and condition of network assets and installation commissioning and testing of associated Zone Substation and distribution equipment.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Construction and Maintenance of Zone Substations
- Installation, commissioning and testing of associated Zone Substation and distribution equipment
- Carrying out switching operations associated with both high and low voltage Engineering Services
- Inspecting, testing and reporting nature and condition of Network assets to maintain quality standards
- Accessing and using computerised systems to operate remote equipment
- Operating plant and equipment associated with Zone Substations in a safe manner
About You
We are seeking a trade qualified Electrician with a current electrical licence, driver's licence and Diploma in ESI Power Systems. Experience in high voltage, transmission or power systems is desirable as well as ability to work effectively within a team environment.
