Job Title: Delivery Operations Coordinator

This is an exciting opportunity to join our delivery team and play a key role in shaping the future of our delivery operations.

We are looking for a highly organized and skilled individual to manage truck scheduling, coordinate fleet operations, and act as a fleet coordinator. The successful candidate will also be responsible for coordinating schedules with 3PL partners, forecasting delivery volumes, and analyzing and reporting on Carrier On-Time Delivery (COTD) KPIs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage truck scheduling and coordinate fleet operations
  • Act as a fleet coordinator and coordinate schedules with 3PL partners
  • Forecast delivery volumes and analyze and report on COTD KPIs
Requirements:
  • Experience in the delivery space with a strong background in scheduling and job coordination
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong experience working with Excel or Google Sheets and ability to monitor key metrics and delivery reports
  • Proven ability to own delivery tasks and consistently meet performance expectations
