Strategic Partnership Manager

eero is seeking a highly skilled Strategic Partnership Manager to spearhead our partner success efforts. As a key member of the eero team, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless onboarding, escalating concerns, and deploying eero successfully to our partners' customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive partner engagement and revenue growth.
  • Build strong relationships with enterprise partners, understanding their needs and priorities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute partner strategies.
  • Design and manage scalable workflows to optimize partner deployments.
  • Steer eero's focus on work that drives the biggest positive impact for partners, balancing customer needs and competing business priorities.
Basic Qualifications:
  • A Master's degree in Business Administration or related field, and 3 years of experience in account management or business development.
  • Tenured client-facing experience managing and accelerating revenue across multiple accounts in a business development or account management role.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with ability to lead business reviews and large group meetings.
  • Passionate about technology, with baseline knowledge of networking, software, and hardware.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and multitask with urgency.
  • Impeccable attention to detail and follow-through.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience selling hardware, software, and telecom services.
  • Experience evaluating strategic partnership potential and agreement structuring.
  • Proficiency in analytical, sales, and productivity tools, including Microsoft Excel, Salesforce, and Microsoft Office Suites.
