Job Description

The successful candidate will play a central role in originating and executing transactions, leading the credit submission process, and building relationships across the market.

  • Lead the origination, structuring, and execution of project finance transactions, with a focus on renewables and infrastructure.
  • Take ownership of the credit submission process, including financial modelling, risk analysis, credit paper preparation, and internal approvals.
  • Lead client pitches and cross-border deal teams, collaborating with colleagues across global locations and product areas.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, advisors, and industry stakeholders.
  • Monitor transactions post-close, ensuring compliance and providing ongoing client support.

Requirements
  • Minimum 10 years of project finance experience, with significant exposure to the Australian renewables sector. Exposure to digital infrastructure is considered a plus.
  • A well-established local network across key players in the Australian project finance market, including lenders, advisors, developers, and industry stakeholders.
  • Solid industry knowledge across renewables and infrastructure sectors.
  • Proven ability to lead complex transactions and generate compelling pitch materials.
  • Excellent financial modelling, credit analysis, and credit writing skills.
  • Strong communication, inclusive leadership, and stakeholder engagement capabilities.
  • Proactive, client-focused, and results-driven, with high integrity and risk awareness.
