Your Role as Senior Associate

As a Senior Associate, you will be responsible for providing quality and timely credit outcomes, including complex financial analysis and credit structuring, to our most complex corporate property clients. Your role will involve structuring, analyzing, and preparing well-thought-out credit submissions for financing opportunities, as well as performance monitoring and annual reviews for existing clients.

You will also coach peers on complex transactions and credit capability, build and maintain effective relationships with dedicated business partners, and engage clearly with internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as an Analyst in credit writing (bank or non-bank), or similar alternative property-related experience.
  • Ability to quickly grasp complex transactions and ideally have previous 'new to bank' transactional and credit risk experience.
  • Strong commercial acumen and well-developed financial analysis and modelling skills.
  • A tertiary qualification in Business/Finance and/or Commerce would be highly regarded.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and negotiate high-pressure situations.
  • Strong understanding of cash flow drivers and advanced credit risks with an ability to clearly articulate findings with Risk and senior management both verbally and written.

Estimated Salary: AU$120,000 - AU$180,000 per annum
