Job Overview

Scope is seeking an experienced Service Manager to lead the delivery of high-quality services in a supported independent living environment. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leadership, excellent communication skills, and the ability to empower support workers.

  • The successful candidate will have experience working with clients with intellectual and physical disabilities, a strong understanding of NDIS legislation and standards, and the ability to develop individualized plans that promote choice and control.

  • As a Service Manager, you will oversee the effective management of SIL accommodation services, fostering a positive environment and maintaining an open-door policy where staff and clients feel valued and safe.

  • You will also be required to address performance management and conflict resolution as needed, and value reflective practice in planning, reviewing supports, and future learning.

  • The successful candidate will hold a qualification (minimum Cert 4 equivalent) in Social Services or a relevant field, have current First Aid and CPR certification, and hold a NSW Drivers License and NDIS Worker Screening Check Clearance.

  • You will be based at our Ryde location, working standard business hours, Monday to Friday, and must have full-time Australian working rights.
