Job Overview">

The Site Manager will lead our Ryde Supported Independent Living (SIL) service.

He/She will empower Support Workers to provide high-quality care and champion efficient processes.

"> Responsibilities">

Guide and support clients, mentor Support Workers, highlighting the value of consistency & professional boundaries.

Promote a person-centered, active support approach, giving our clients choice & control over their lives.

Oversee the effective management and daily operations of SIL accommodation services.

Foster a positive environment and maintain an open-door policy where staff and clients feel valued & safe.

Assist in the development and implementation of NDIS plans, ensuring clients have a voice and actively supporting their independence, hobbies, and interests.

Address performance management and conflict resolution as needed.

Value reflective practice, applying it in planning, reviewing supports, and future learning

"> Qualifications">

Qualification (minimum Cert 4 equivalent) in the Social Services or relevant domain for instance, Social Work, Psychology, Disability, Mental health, and Community Services.

Knowledge of relevant disability legislation and standards e.g. NDIS Quality and Safeguarding Framework, the National Standards for Disability Services.

NSW Drivers License | Current First Aid and CPR certification | NDISWC and WWCC.
