Senior Associate - Fund Order Services

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Associate to join our Fund Order Services team in Sydney. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations and ensuring the delivery of exceptional client service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage day-to-day operations, including the oversight of operational risks, to achieve good KPI performance for the team.
  • Ensure all activities are completed in line with internal standards and review as required.
  • Manage incoming queries in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Work collaboratively with individuals on the team and other business units to resolve issues and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Be accountable for staff performance tracking, new staff onboarding, overtime control, and leave planning.
  • Develop and implement strategies to develop, engage, and retain a high-performing workforce.
  • Contribute to process improvements and participate in projects to optimize operational efficiency.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in custody services, fund accounting, or transfer agency.
  • Strong knowledge of financial products and financial markets.
  • Excellent computer competence, including Microsoft applications.
  • Interpersonal and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Good sense of risk awareness.
  • Professional email writing skills and fluent spoken English.
