Product Innovation Lead

LSKD is a pioneer in premium sportswear, with a mission to create high-quality functional garments that push boundaries. We're on the lookout for a highly skilled Product Innovation Lead to drive our product development and take us to new heights.

About the Role

The Product Innovation Lead will be responsible for spearheading the development of our product range, working closely with our creative direction, designers, and merchandise teams to meet strategy targets and 'Go-to-market' calendar.

You'll need to have a deep understanding of garment construction techniques, a solid grasp of Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) software, and experience with e-commerce platforms like Shopify and Asana.

We're looking for someone who is passionate about creating great products, has a strong analytical mindset, and can adapt to our fast-paced environment.


Key Responsibilities
  • Drive Product Development: Collaborate with our creative team to develop innovative designs that align with our brand vision and community needs.
  • Lead Design and Production: Oversee the prototyping and testing process, ensuring samples and prototypes meet our quality standards.
  • Maintain Quality Standards: Implement quality assurance processes and standards to maintain product integrity and meet customer expectations.
  • Educate and Mentor: Share your expertise with the team to ensure a deep understanding of product requirements and foster a collaborative environment.

Requirements
  • Experience: Proven track record in product development, preferably in activewear fabrics.
  • Skills: In-depth knowledge of garment construction techniques, PLM software, and e-commerce platforms.
  • Credentials: Solid understanding of market research, trend analysis, and product testing insights.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills, ability to work under pressure, and passion for creating great products.
