We're seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Creative Lead to spearhead our design team.
About the RoleThe Product Designer translates our brand's vision, values, and creative direction into innovative product designs. Your creativity, attention to detail, and passion for design will drive the development of products that resonate with our community while meeting functional, aesthetic, and market requirements.
As a Senior Designer, you'll be responsible for leading the design process, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and driving design innovation. You'll work closely with our Creative Director to understand the product vision and community needs, and develop comprehensive technical drawings and specifications that guide the product development process.
You'll also be responsible for researching and evaluating materials, trims, and embellishments to ensure optimal performance, quality, and aesthetic appeal, while considering cost and sustainability factors. Additionally, you'll stay informed about industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor offerings, leveraging insights to inform design decisions and maintain our competitive edge.
We're looking for a highly skilled and motivated individual who can lead our design team and drive design excellence. If you have a passion for design, a strong portfolio, and excellent communication skills, we'd love to hear from you.
