About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Contracts Administrator to join our team at Ivory Group. As a key member of our project team, you will play a crucial role in managing contracts and ensuring the successful execution of our projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Formulate, lodge, and manage client progress payment claims
  • Establish valuable relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Coordinate and compile monthly reports, including presentations to management, in collaboration with the Project Manager
  • Manage project finalisation activities, including financial and defects close, completion documentation
  • Forecast and report on key project financials, including cashflow, costs, and time
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Building and Construction Management or similar
  • Ability to organise, communicate, and display good time management skills
  • Capable of building strong work relationships with external clients, stakeholders
  • Proven experience on projects above $20M
