Project Coordinator Opportunity

Green Light Worldwide is seeking a skilled Project Coordinator to join our successful delivery team. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in the execution of large programs of work.

The Project Coordinator will work closely with Program Managers, Senior Project Managers, and Technical Stream Leads to ensure the program moves in the right direction towards achieving its strategic goals. This will involve providing support and advice to stakeholders, ensuring deliverables are met on time, budget, and quality.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide expertise and guidance on project management methodologies and tools.
  • Act as a focal point for promoting the use and benefits of project management methods.
  • Monitor data quality of project documentation, including reporting and project plans, to ensure accuracy and enable effective decision-making.
  • Identify interdependencies, coordination, and resourcing issues across projects.
  • Own the reporting framework and ensure alignment with Finance, Procurement, Schedule, Resourcing, and Change Management.
Requirements:
  • Active NV1 Federal Security Clearance.
  • Minimum 3 years' experience working on or assisting projects (PMO or project coordinator role).
  • Understanding of project management concepts, practices, and procedures.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment with frequently changing priorities.
  • Proficient in MS Office suite, including MS Project, Visio, and SharePoint.
  • Ability to interpret technology project deliverables and impacts.
  • Experience with Financial Management, reporting, tracking, and cost centre reconciliation.
  • Experience with enforcing project governance practices and document management skills.
  • Escalate and resolve project risks and issues in collaboration with the project team.
  • Offer administrative support to projects to ensure effective assistance.
  • Manage and track all project financials and invoicing.
  • Communicate with clients, project managers, and stakeholders on task status.
  • Assist PMO with financials, reporting, and tracking, RAID tracking.
  • Effective internal and external stakeholder management skills.
