About the Role

Green Light Worldwide is seeking a highly skilled Project Coordinator to join our successful delivery team. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in the execution of large programs of work.

The Project Coordinator will work closely with key stakeholders, including Program Managers, Senior Project Managers, and Technical Stream Leads. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that the program moves in the right direction towards achieving its strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Program Support: Provide expertise and guidance to project managers and other PMO functions to ensure that deliverables are met on time, budget, and quality.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Foster relationships with stakeholders to promote the use and benefits of the program or project management method, giving a consistent and common approach.
  • Reporting and Data Quality: Monitor the data quality of project documentation, including reporting and project plans, to ensure that the information is accurate to enable effective decision making.
  • Interdependencies and Coordination: Identify interdependencies, coordination, and resourcing issues across projects as required.
  • Reporting Framework: Own the reporting framework and interlock with Finance, Procurement, Schedule, Resourcing, and Change Management.
Requirements
  • Security Clearance: Must have an active NV1 Federal Security Clearance.
  • Experience: Minimum 3-years' experience working on or assisting projects (either from a PMO or project coordinator role).
  • Project Management Knowledge: Understanding of concepts, practices, and procedures aligned with project management, methodologies, and ICT delivery lifecycle.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in the MS Office suite, including MS Project, Visio, and SharePoint.
  • Financial Management: Experience with financial management, including reporting, tracking, and cost centre reconciliation.
  • Project Governance: Experience with enforcing project governance practices and holding best practice documentation and document management skills.
  • Risk and Issue Management: Escalate and resolve project risks and issues in collaboration with the project team.
  • Administrative Support: Offer specified administrative support to projects to ensure effective assistance.
  • Financial Management: Manage and track all project financials.
  • Communication: Communicate with clients, project managers, and other stakeholders on task status.
  • Stakeholder Management: Effective internal and external stakeholder management skills.
