Project Support Officer / Project Coordinator

HiTech Group is seeking multiple Project Support Officers / Project Coordinators to assist with the development of their digital strategy. The successful candidates will be responsible for contributing to project activities, collaborating with teams, and coordinating meetings with internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Apply project management practices and methodologies to contribute to project activities.
  • Collaborate with teams to draft program/project activities, including governance, reporting requirements, and delivery of project artefacts.
  • Coordinate meetings, including administration functions with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Provide governance and reporting activities.
Requirements:
  • Experience as a Project Support Officer within a PMO and/or program/project management environment.
  • Excellent written communication skills, including attention to detail and an ability to produce high-quality briefs and papers.
  • Demonstrated planning and organisational skills, including ability to meet deadlines with competing priorities in a complex, changing and high-pressure environment.
  • Knowledge of project management principles.
