We are seeking a highly skilled Civil Designer to join our team in the Land Development Group.

The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in land development and proficiency in Civil 3D.

Job Description:

Civil Designers assist in the design of residential civil led development projects, creating residential master plans for single family attached and detached developments, preparing permit applications, and preparing construction documents for master-planned communities.

The role also involves collaborating with project managers, design engineers, clients, and other project consultants, as well as coordinating with municipal review staff to gain permit approvals.

Civil Designers must be able to prepare engineering calculations, participate in project design/client meetings, and collaborate with landscape architecture staff on community amenity designs.
