Job Description

The Test Environment Manager is responsible for end-to-end planning, coordination, and execution of code, configuration, and infrastructure releases.

This includes overseeing third-party vendor integrations, as well as Code and Configuration Release Management. The manager also coordinates and manages Code Deployments and subsequent configuration and management of Integrated Non-Production test environments that support development, testing, and deployment activities.

Collaboration with internal Technology, Operations Support, and Business teams, as well as external vendor teams, is crucial to ensure adherence to best practices in Configuration and Release Management, as well as Environment Management.

A key responsibility is establishing and maintaining a governance framework for configuration deployment and release management.

Monitoring and providing regular reports on non-production environment health, as well as managing environment refresh cadence, are also essential duties.

Key Qualifications
  • Familiarity with software development lifecycle (SDLC), continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines, and relevant tools.
  • Demonstrated experience in IT release management, environment management, or a related role.
