Job Title: Senior Infrastructure Testing Manager

We are seeking an experienced Senior Infrastructure Testing Manager to lead our infrastructure testing efforts. This is a superb opportunity for you to drive the testing of our extensive technology program.

Main Responsibilities
  • Manage Functional and Non-Functional Testing (Load, Performance, Fail Over/Disaster Recovery) across multiple stakeholders.
  • Develop and execute effective Test Strategies for large-scale infrastructure transformation/migration programs and data centre migration.
  • Establish and maintain structured test management approaches and methodologies to ensure adherence to internal frameworks, processes, and practices.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to develop and implement Infrastructure Test Strategies, plans, approaches, and testing processes for User Acceptance and E2E testing.
Technical Capabilities
  • Demonstrated proficiency in Infrastructure Test Automation frameworks and Performance Test frameworks.
  • Strong experience in developing and implementing Infrastructure Test Strategies, plans, approaches, and testing processes for User Acceptance and E2E testing.
  • Proven ability to build team rapport and create opportunities for collaboration within the team.
