Workshop Operations Manager

The successful candidate will have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service, leading a team of technicians and managing workshop operations effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing daily tasks, productivity and efficiency for a team of technicians
  • Prioritizing Repair Orders in the workshop to ensure on-time completion
  • Assisting with technical problem solving and suggesting additional work that is needed to the Service Adviser Team
  • Maintaining OEM workshop tools and equipment; following safety practices

Requirements:

  • Relevant vehicle trade qualifications
  • Previous workshop controller experience (preferred but not essential)
  • A current driver's licence
  • Ability to follow work, health and safety policies and procedures
  • Demonstrate care and attention to detail
  • Good communication skills and a positive can-do attitude
